What Should I Know about Returning the Product?

  1. Yes! With Czar you can easily return or replace any product under specified circumstances. However, if any product is partially/fully damaged or looks any different from the time it was sold/dispatched then the item will become non-returnable or we won’t replace it and we won’t provide any refund either.
  2. If there are any issues regarding mobile case size, non-relevant shipment delivered or any other services related issues from Czar, our customer care representative has to be notified within 10 working days from the date of delivery. Return would be processed by within 3 working days after receiving your notification.
  3. If a case arises where we deliver your order successfully but you don’t want to accept that order, then the total value (amount) of the order will be refunded to you with a condition of you bearing the shipping charges applied then and there.


What will happen if I don’t receive my Order?

  1. If you didn’t receive your order then you can call/WhatsApp us on +91 78693 28228or write us at Our Customer care team will get back to you within 24-72 hrs.
  2. The delivery guy (service provider) will make three(3) attempts to deliver the shipment to the specified location of the customer (inforce to service provider)over a period of four (4) working days at the time of delivering the product, shall obtain the signature of the customer or from his representative on the document referred to as proof of delivery.
  3. in will not bear any liability on the products once the same has been delivered to the customer.            


Is there a time limit for refund? reserves the rights to rigorously check the product for its quality to make sure that there is no damage accidently/deliberately done on your part or check if the label is intact or not, before issuing a refund. Once our team is satisfied we will process your refund within 7-10 days. 

How do I request for a return/replacement?

We believe in providing you quicker services, hence if you want a return or replacement of the products purchased by you from then you will have to initiate a request either online via mail at  by filling in details and keeping the subject line as “ Request to replace/refund my order” or by calling at 7869328228. Our support team will get back to you within 24-72 hrs.


What happens after I have requested for refund/replacement?

  1. In case you don’t receive refund or replacement of your order within 7-10 business days, you can always talk to our customer support team. They will gladly assist you in reference with any issues you might have.
  2. Return will be processed by within 3 working days after receiving your request.
  3. The return service will be attempted to pick up the products from customers at location specified by the merchant in the manifest and inform the service over the period of 4 business days from the date of initiation of such request.
  4. If you wish to keep your order as is, then you will have to cancel the refund/replacement request. In case the order has been dispatched already before your cancellation then you can reject the replacement order.


In what case the returns won’t be accepted?

  1. Czar won’t be able to accept any returns post 10 days of the date of delivery.
  2. We will not, in any condition, accept items if damaged, broken or used.
  3. The package should be returned with all items included, as is. We won’t accept the package If anything is missing.



What’s the procedure to cancel an order?

  1. If you wish to cancel an order, write to us at or call / WhatsApp us on +91 78693 28228.
  2. We will only be able to take your request for cancellation & cancel your order if the shipment has not been dispatched at our end.

What’s the duration to complete a cancellation request?

We might take 2-3 business days to cancel any given order. Our support team will inform you time to time regarding your request of cancellation via e-mail or call.
